Lyth-Instrument Oy began manufacturing pressure gauges in 1943.

Between 1975 and 1979, our production expanded to include pneumatic and hydraulic pressure transmitters, marking a significant step forward toward modern pressure measurement technology used in industrial applications.

In 1985, we delivered the first Lyth pressure transmitters with a 4–20 mA output.

Goal

Today, our goal is to develop and maintain, together with our customers, the ability of Lyth pressure measurement devices to perform in the most demanding conditions of the process industry. Our mission is to deliver high-quality pressure and level measurement instruments, as well as services related to pressure measurement technology, for the needs of the process industry.
